Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We at Tanzaraa value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return and Exchange Eligibility: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Delivery Charges: Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the product's original purchase price.

  • Exchange Process: For exchanges, customers are responsible for any additional delivery costs. The replacement product will be dispatched once we receive and inspect the returned item.
